I had a wee go at the gathered ribbon effect, but I'm not sure if I've done it right or not! I put a wee strip of 
dst and then folded the ribbon along it, putting a wee stitch in to hold it in place.Stamp from High Hopes, coloured with copic markers. Silver peel off greeting and silver snowflakes to finish.
