Definately the last one!
Well that's my quota of Easter cards for the year, and of course it was the usual mad last minute rush!
This one follows the colour combo from the Cuttlebug Spot to use their blog colours.
Little Red Wagon #22 is to make a Spring card
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #76 is pink green and flowers
Supplies: Digi stamp from Hambo; Cuttlebug and nestabilities; coloured with copic markers; black stickles for the bunny noses and a sparkle gel pen for their slippers; gold peel off greeting; Martha Stewart picket fence punch; white ribbon
Last but one....!
I managed to stamp this image wonky and even when I trimmed it, it was still wonky, so I stuck it on the card at a wonky angle so it didn't look so obvious! Then I managed to touch the white ribbon with ink on my fingers and had to 'disguise' it with some orange stickles!
Supplies: Messy Rabbit stamp from Joanna Sheen, little easter eggs from Stampin Up Bunny Hugs. Gold peel off greeting. coloured my flowers to match.Daring Cardmakers this week is How Egg-citing!

Hoppy Easter
I found these spring bunnies when I was blog hopping, aren't they just the funniest! (The bunnies are a digi stamp from Hambo) Coloured the bunnies to match my papers. The sky was made by dotting my copics (BG00 and C1) and then mushing them together using the colourless blender. Used a Quickie glue pen and gold glitter to give the bunnies some fancy sandals to cordinate with my gold peel offs. Made my double bow with the Bow Easy, the most fabulous little gadget ever invented!

Charisma Cardz #12: Spring has Sprung
And there's loads of Easter challenges on the go this week:
OSAAT Easter Egg Hunt
Hopefully I'll get this card posted tonight - our lights keep flickering as if the electric is about to pop off! We've had nothing but rain this past few days and then tonight we've snow blizzards and glale force winds! Its hard to believe I was out a fortnight ago digging the garden over in my shirt sleeves! Make your mind up Spring - March is supposed to 'come in like a lion and out like a lamb', not the other way about!
Anyway, this is my card after following the One Stitch at a Time Easter Egg Hunt - click HERE for the details!
My chocolate coloured Spring Bunnies are a digi download (still haven't found the link for you!), pink ribbon from my stash, pink stickles glitter on their slippers and noses, buttons from my stash, and part of my pastel colour combo from Cheryl - just hope I've included enough of the easter egg elements!
Also for the following challenges:
- Shirleys 2 Girls - S2GSC49 Spring and Buttons
- The Pink Elephant #60 - Pastels
- Incy Wincy #36 - sewing (I used faux stitching)
- The Corrosive Challenge - Easter

Cake and golden butterflies!
Thought I'd give some pastel colours a go but I couldn't get the colours to photograph properly. At least we'll have brighter evenings now as British Summer Time started today and the weather kindly co-operated with a beautiful sunny day!
The wrapper of the birthday cake is paper pieced and the icing covered in stickles, then the entire image popped up on dimensionals. Mum got me these golden fabric butterflies ages ago and I 'rediscovered' them when I was tidying my stash! Gold peel off greeting and stars to finish.

My Stamptacular Build-a-Card
So this is my result from the Stamptacular Sunday Build-a-Card blog hop! You'll have to hop over to the site to find out the instructions!
Stamped this little girl and the sentiment in brown ink and coloured with copics. Coloured her PJ's to match the 2 shades of pink on the DP. Clear stickles added to the dotty bits on her PJ's. All matted up on my favourite colour ... blue!
Stamptacular Sunday have changed their rules and you can now combine challenges. So I used the sketch from Peachy Keen Challenge #25

Happy Birthday Blog Hop!
Its Stamptacular Sunday's birthday and they're having a fun blog hop today with loads of prizes, and you can play along with the Build-a-Card instructions! (I'll be back later with my card hopefully!)

Simon Says ... Easter and Shimmer
Urgh, I am so over making Easter cards! I think its because I never really think to buy Easter images, so when it comes to the crunch I don't really have much to choose from!
Apologies in advance for the rubbish photo - if I remember I'll take a better pic tomorrow. (at least next week the nights will be brighter after the clocks change)
As you can see there's a shimmer on my DP which totally blinded my rubbish camera! Paper pieced the little flower pot with the shimmery paper too.
Sketch from Creative Inspirations # 53 .... sort of! I kinda forgot to leave room for my sentiment in the bottom corner!

Bathtime Birthday Bear
This is my new High Hopes stamp that I won from one of their challenges a couple of weeks ago ... check their website to find your local supplier (UK/Europe supplier is Nikki a.k.a. Bunny Zoe!).
Supplies: I got my watercolours out for a change and used some Moon Glow for the blue BG of the image, so there's a nice shimmer on it. I used some flower soft for the foam, stickles for the bubbles and then clear gloss on the soap, the bear's nose and the duck's beak. My little ducky button is from my stash, it was originally a pale pink colour so I just used my copic marker to change it to a yellow one!

S2GSC48 Simple Thank You card
Shirley's 2 Girls challenge this week is to make a Springtime card using pastel colours. I always think their images have such a happy and fun feel to them.
Also followed the sketch from the Clean&simple Fall-to-layout 83 (though I've just realised where I have the image should have been a sentiment, oh well!)
Supplies: stamp from Shirley's 2 Girls, gold peel off greeting, dimensionals (for popped up flowers), copic markers

New and improved Easter Bunny...!
So this card is almost identical to the last one, but this time I revisited a tutorial on Copic Creations for FUR - its still not the best colouring ever (I don't have the right colour markers) but its much better than what it was!
I'm also having problems with my embossing - I can't get these Marianne D creatibles to emboss - I've used my embossing mat but Gina K talks about using chipboard as well- I don't have any of this so had been using a couple of sheets of card, . It won't emboss (in my nesties either) and if I add any more sheets of card it won't go through the bug. Help! Can you buy sheets of chipboard?Copic Creations #24 is to use one of their past copic techniques

Little Paper Shop LPSC59 - Make Something Old, New Again. (Take something you've had for a while and use it again like it's something you just got) - I used my bunny rabbit stamp which I've had for ages and a much unloved and unused pink brad!

Just trying to get caught up on my Easter cards. I'm glad we got the gardens sorted yesterday as today has been horribly grey and damp and just generally yeuch!

Simon Says ... A Splash of Green
Happy St Patrick's Day everyone! We get the day off from work, so I managed to squeeze in some crafting AND we got the garden sorted ready for spring planting, though there's quite a few plants don't seem to have made it through the winter, trip to the garden centre beckons!

Easter Bunny
This cute bunny is a freebie this week over at Bee Crafty's site - he's just perfect for an Easter card. My colour combo was inspired by the Tuesday Trigger pic - I embossed my bg to match the woven look of the chair.
Coloured with copic markers - I just wish I had a decent white ink pad and I would have stamped the text with it instead of black.

"The only reason for being a bee that I know of is making honey..... "
I lost my mojo for ages recently, so I love it when a card comes together! My little bear/bee is from High Hopes, the honey DP was from some candy I won and the little bee charm has been in my stash for years! It's so honey-ish that it reminded me of Winnie the Pooh!.... don't ya just love him!
Supplies: Stamp from High Hopes, coloured with watercolours and gold stickles added to honey pot, black stickles to his nose, clear gloss added to wings. Sentiment from Simon Says. Martha Stewart punch. Gold gems. Dimensionals used on main image.
High Hopes #67 is Flutterbys - winged friends - butterflies, bees, birds, ladybugs, dragons, angels, fairies etc...
Sketch from Carol's Sketch Fun #22
Saturday Spotlight SSHP22 is to be "so slick" as in slick card stock, embellishments, acetate paper, crystal lacquer, etc. (I used clear gloss on my wings)

I bought this stamp years ago from ebay and this is the first time its seen ink! I'm definately not buying any new stamps (I don't care how much you tempt me!) until I've used all my current stamps at least once. ... Mind you, I'd need to get a move on as the craft show in Belfast is in April !!

Dog'n'bone
I've been a very naughty girl today, crafting when I should be cleaning! (Oh well, the housework will still be there tomorrow!)
This one's for last Sunday's High Hopes challenge 66 - Seeing Stars (my stars are embossed on my blue BG) Dog from High Hopes (from Bunny Zoe's shop) - Coloured with watercolours. Faux stitched round edge and then doodled round main image - took the inspiration for this from Sally Bee

A blue ant!
Made this for the Clean&Simple Fall-to-layout 82, but I should really have stamped the ant to the left of the card so that he was looking into the card, instead of away from (...does that make sense?)Stamp from High Hopes - coloured with copic markers - colour combo from SPCC #38

This fab image was a digi freebie from Mo Manning ages and ages ago, but I kinda think that my colouring skills don't do them justice (I got a bit stuck on his hair and couldn't think how to colour it!)

Simon Says ... Sketch
It's Mother's Day in the UK this Sunday, so this is for my Mum!
My pink marker 'splodged' when I started colouring the little hearts on her top, grrrr! Wonder why that happened? Anyhoo, the colourless blender took most of it away.
I saw a tutorial on Stamp TV on adding a button to a bow, with the inspired idea of using dental floss coloured with your marker to match - click HERE to see more info. I was never quite sure on how to do it before, and made the job much harder than it needed to be!
Supplies: image from Heather Ellis, copic markers, blue heart gems, flower gem coloured with copic marker, self adhesive silver gems, silver peel off letters

Housework won't kill you. ...
Oh this sentiment just makes me laugh ... if only we could live by it (and get someone else to do the housework!)
I love this colour combo, don't think I've ever tried it before. I've just noticed in my photo that the button is nowhere near the centre of the circle, how come I never noticed that IRL?

Accidental sky-themed card!
When I was sponging the sky on the little mouse image I accidentally touched the corner of my main card, too close to the edge to cover up so I just added more sky to the BG ... I 'm really pleased with how it turned out!
Supplies: Stamp is an oldie from Whipper Snapper, coloured with copic markers and glitter added to his nose and to the POP text which is also popped up on dimensionals, clear gloss added to balloons, Silver pearls, Martha Stewart punch, clear button coloured with grey copic marker on the back to match the silver pearls.

And here it is, my first crocheted flower! (see previous post for link to make your own!) Probably doesn't stand up to too much scrutiny, but I think it looks OK!
