I've always fancied throwing myself off a tall building...! And today I did it (well from a crane anyway!) 150ft high and down the zip wire at 40 miles/hr! It was brilliant! And I raised a few quid for Action for Children at the same time. Very dodgy camera work courtesy of Greg (...at least he missed the scream at the start of the slide!)

What a marvellous thing to do to raise money unfortunately I hate heights can't even watch the TV if anyone is standing on a tall building lol so my admiration for you is totally real.
